Il-kaama

(il-kAma)

This is the most common word used in the modern day to refer to soap. This is because the traditional word (kaama-gok) is only used when referring to a physical bar of soap. For any other uses of the word, such as liquid hand-soap or shower gel, people use the modern word il-kaama.
